What is ProAm?
Pro-Am Ballroom & Latin dancing is a partnership format where an amateur student dances with a professional instructor in lessons, showcases, and competitions. The professional acts as the student’s leader/follower, choreographer, and coach, making it an excellent way for individuals to fast-track their skills without needing a permanent amateur partner.
What is Teacher/Student?
The focus is purely on evaluating the amateur student's performance, technique, and musicality. The professional's role is to lead, support, and showcase the student. Only the student is evaluated by the judges.
